Many people are seeing another country’s flag in the uniforms the U.S.A. Olympic team will wear during the Opening Ceremony of the Rio Games.  The uniforms made by Ralph Lauren were unveiled last week.  They feature a navy blue blazer over a striped T-shirt of red, white and blue.  However, it didn’t take long for social media to notice that when the blazers are buttoned the stripes on the shirt look like colors on the Russian flag.  Some of those commenting online are wondering how such a detail was missed.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris‘ toddler son stole the show at the Seafair Torchlight Parade in Seattle on Saturday. Entertainment Tonight reports that the family rode backseat of the grand marshal’s black Corvette–where 3-year-old Jack was spotted looking dapper in a navy suit jacket, a tie, khaki pants and blue sandals while holding a sword. He also donned a captain’s hat that matched his outfit and made him look like a bigger celebrity than his actor parents. Pratt and Faris, who are originally from the Seattle area, wore their Seattle Seahawks jerseys proudly.

J.K. Rowling revealed this weekend that the new play Harry Potter & The Cursed Child will serve as the final story centering on the wizard. “He goes on a very big journey during these two plays and then, yeah, I think we’re done,” Rowling said. “This is the next generation, you know. So, I’m thrilled to see it realized so beautifully but, no, Harry is done now.” A hardbound copy of the play’s script was also released as a book on Sunday morning, prompting a wave of costumed fans to flock to book stores to purchase it as soon as it hit the shelves.

Here’s an update on what trendy people are doing, because Lord knows you and I aren’t part of that group.  Apparently, the hot new food trend this summer is . . . bagel holes.  Yeah, like donut holes, except from bagels. A shop in Washington D.C. called B-Holes makes bagel holes with crazy twists, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch on top or garlic bacon stuffed inside, and people can’t get enough.
