WATCH: Carrie Underwood Shares Fitness and Dieting Secrets

If there’s anyone that is our fitness role model, it’s definitely Carrie Underwood! (Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney are also at the top of the list.)

But there’s just something amazing about how Underwood combines her mommy, superstar and workout routines.

In a recent interview with Today, Underwood said that playing sports as a young child started that passion for lifelong health.

She also went on to explain that workouts don’t always have to be spent in a gym, and you can find a way to combine your parenting duties with fitness.

“I’m lucky I live in a place where there are lots of hills around,” she says. “My baby loves being outside, so I put him in a stroller and go.”

Underwood did say that she has her moments of weakness as well though because she’s only human.

“I’m mostly vegan but sometimes cheese is a problem,” she confesses. “And it’s a problem!”
